Cancellation policy
1.- You can cancel your reservation without expenses when the cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the expected day of arrival
2.- If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the expected day of arrival, the total of the first night will be charged
3.- In the event that the rate so specifies, for example if it is NON-REFUNDABLE, the amount charged will not be paid

Once the reservation is made, we will send you an email with important information such as Reception address for the collection of keys, Reception hours, Parking address, price and schedules, maps attached, to facilitate entry to Granada and Reception location
